Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Website addresses you submit, scan results and screenshots of the scanned site.

A random browser id (stored in localStorage) used to show your scan history without an account.

Your email — if you choose to enter it to unlock the full breakdown.

Name, phone and email — if you request a quote.

Settings (language, currency, display preferences) — stored on your device only.

Standard technical data: IP address, browser type, access times — for security, abuse prevention and operations.

2. Purposes

Operating the service and showing results; keeping history; contacting you after a quote request; improving the service and aggregate statistics; security; legal compliance.

We will not send marketing messages without your separate explicit consent (Section 30A of the Israeli Communications Law). Every message will include an unsubscribe option.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. It may be shared with infrastructure sub-processors (hosting, database, email delivery) bound by confidentiality and security obligations; with authorities where required by law; and, in a merger or sale of the business, with the successor, subject to this policy.

Sub-processors may be located outside Israel (e.g., the EU or the US). Such transfers comply with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use one essential cookie (kama_lang — language preference) and localStorage for the browser id, settings and unlock email. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Details in the Cookie Policy.

5. Retention

Scan results and screenshots are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically, unless saved to a user account. Lead details are kept as long as needed to handle the request, up to 24 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

Access, correction and deletion of your data (Sections 13–14 of the Protection of Privacy Law). You can delete local history yourself on the Settings page, and request deletion from us at privacy@kama.com. We respond within 30 days.

EU users: rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security

We apply reasonable, industry-standard safeguards (encrypted transport, access control, backups). No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure.

8. Minors

The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
