Terms of Service

1. The service

Kama lets you enter a public website address and receive an automated analysis: a quality score, an estimated build cost, an estimated maintenance cost, a list of possible issues and a valuation (subject to data you enter).

The analysis is produced by automated tools (including a headless browser and Google Lighthouse) and internal formulas. It is not a human review and not a substitute for professional advice.

2. Estimates only — no reliance

Every number shown (scores, cost ranges, sale value, hours) is a general statistical estimate based on average market assumptions. It is not a quote, not a certified valuation, not financial, legal or business advice, and does not claim to reflect the price any provider charges or will charge.

The Company is not responsible for any decision made on the basis of the results, including purchase, sale, pricing, engagement or termination decisions.

Scores may vary between scans due to changes in the scanned site, network conditions and measurement tools.

3. Third-party websites

Scans are performed on public pages only, in the same way a regular visitor or a search engine would. You may not enter an address you are not permitted to access, that is password-protected, or whose scanning would violate its terms or any law.

Kama is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the owners of scanned sites. Screenshots are temporary technical copies shown only to the person who requested the scan; copyright remains with the owners.

A site owner who wishes a result or screenshot removed may write to legal@kama.com; we will act within a reasonable time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service in an automated or bulk manner (scraping, frequent scripted scans), bypass limits, overload the system, reverse-engineer the scoring, or use results to mislead, defame or misrepresent to any third party.

The Company may limit, suspend or block use at its discretion and without notice in case of breach.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the site, its design, code, scoring mechanism, texts and trademarks belong to the Company. A result may be shared only via the share link. No copying, reproduction or distribution of parts of the service without written permission.

6. Quotes and leads

Clicking "Get a repair quote" and submitting details is a request for contact. It creates no obligation on the Company to provide any service and no obligation on you to buy anything. Any future engagement will be governed by a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company, its officers and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damage, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from use of the service or reliance on its results. In any event the Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid the Company in the twelve months preceding the event, and absent payment — ILS 100.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the Company against any claim, demand, damage or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, including scanning a site you are not entitled to scan.

9. Changes

The Company may change, suspend or discontinue the service or parts of it and update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The last-updated date appears at the top.

10. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district, Israel.
